Eyes Wide Open (Audio Only)

Eyes Wide Open is a seven and a half minute audio program designed specifically for Caregivers.

As we were nearing the completion of the Better & Better Series, it occurred to me that many Caregivers drive to hospitals to visit their loved ones and that they could use an infusion of positivity on their way. So my composer Rick Baitz and I created this open eyes meditation for that purpose.
