Visuals, video, ads and lead follow-up for your studio. Built, tested and managed for thirty days by the network team.

Your studio fills up as soon as people walk through the door. The problem is not the method and it is not your coaches: it is a trial-session diary that is too empty, and nobody on your side with the time to build ads.

This campaign exists for that. It is reserved for network franchisees, it is produced by the team that already runs the campaigns for the company-owned studios, and it uses our tools, our pixel and our brand creatives.

You are not buying a recommendations document. You are buying a campaign that runs in your area, leads in your diary, and a system that follows them up when nobody calls back.

What your franchise support already covers, and what you are buying here

Better said straight away, because it is your first question.

Covered by your fee: the brand, national campaign visuals, network templates, recommendations, access to the network tools and opening support.

What you buy here: a campaign dedicated to your studio and your area alone, with visuals and a video produced for your location, technical setup on your account, a testing protocol run over thirty days, an automatic follow-up chain for your leads, and daily management by our team.

Put simply: the network gives you the tools, this service puts them to work for you, in your area, for a month, in your place.

Who this is for

Network franchisees, trading or about to open. One studio, one area, one order. If you open in six weeks, this is the right moment: the entry offer becomes a pre-registration rather than a trial session you cannot yet deliver. We settle that on the first call.

What is included

1. Framing the entry offer. A thirty-minute call. We agree on what the ad actually offers: free trial session, seasonal offer, free body analysis, pre-registration before opening. We also set the radius around your studio and the daily budget. Most studio campaigns fail here, on a weak entry offer, not on technical settings.

2. The visuals. A set of visuals in square, vertical and story formats, ready for Facebook and Instagram, in the network's brand style. Your studio, your coaches, your town. Not a national template with your name pasted on it.

3. The video. One short vertical video, edited from your footage or the network library, with a hook in the first three seconds, burned-in subtitles and a closing call to action. In this business, a real session filmed in your real studio beats stock footage every time.

4. The ad copy. Several versions of hooks, primary texts and headlines, written to be tested against each other. The angles of the trade are covered: time, back pain, coming back after a break, post-pregnancy, price compared to a conventional gym, the fear of a crowded room.

5. Technical setup. Campaign structure on your ad account, radius targeting around the studio, network pixel verified, lead capture form, automatic rules that pause spending if cost drifts. Leads land in the network CRM and are notified to you.

6. The testing protocol. We do not guess what will work. We measure it.

  • Hooks tested against a fixed visual
  • Visuals tested against fixed copy
  • Audiences and radii tested against a fixed creative
  • One variable changed at a time
  • A spend threshold agreed in advance before any decision to stop
  • Losing combinations are cut, and the freed budget goes to the winners

7. Lead follow-up, all the way to the session attended. This is where most of the network's ad money is lost. A lead not called back the same day is half lost. The next day, it is lost. We install the full chain on your studio: automatic acknowledgement to the lead, notification to you or your coach, a call-back task created, an automatic reminder after twenty-four hours if nobody has called, and a reminder before the trial session to cut no-shows. The closing report shows your average call-back time. It is often the most useful number of the thirty days, and the most uncomfortable.

8. Thirty days of management. Budgets reallocated, creatives swapped, radius tightened or widened based on the numbers. The campaign is monitored throughout, not launched and forgotten.

9. The closing report. At day thirty: cost per lead, trial sessions booked, call-back time observed, what won, what lost, and what to do with the following month. You keep the visuals, the video and the copy for your studio.

What is not included

  • The advertising budget. You pay it directly to Meta, on your own payment method. It is not part of this price and it does not pass through the network.
  • On-site filming. The video is edited from your existing footage or the network library. A shoot in your studio is quoted separately.
  • Calling the leads. We bring them in and automate the follow-up. Your team picks up the phone.
  • Selling during the trial session. Converting a trial into a membership happens in your studio.
  • Prices and offers. They remain the network's. The campaign does not create a promotion that departs from them.

What we need from you

  • Admin access to your Facebook page and ad account
  • A valid payment method on Meta
  • Your studio photos and videos, imperfect phone footage included
  • Someone who calls leads back the same day
  • Creative approval within forty-eight hours, to hold the schedule

Why go through the network rather than a local agency

A local agency optimises cost per lead. That is the wrong indicator. The real chain looks like this:

ad seen → form filled → lead called back → trial session booked → session attended → membership signed

People drop off at every arrow. A four-euro lead who never shows up costs more than a twelve-euro lead who signs. An agency still learning the trade optimises the first arrow, on your budget, and leaves you the other five. The network has already paid for that learning on its own studios, across three countries and three languages. You do not have to pay for it again.

Frequently asked questions

Is this not already covered by my fee?

No. Your fee covers the brand, national campaigns, templates and support. What you buy here is a local campaign dedicated to your studio, produced and managed for you over thirty days. The exact boundary is set out at the top of this page.

How many leads will I get?

It depends on your town, the competition fifteen minutes away, your budget and your trial offer. We commit to the method, the production and the management, not to a number. The benchmarks observed across the network are shared on the kick-off call, with their context.

The franchisee next door is running the same campaign. Will we not get in each other's way?

Yes, which is why areas are checked before launch. Two network studios bidding on the same postcodes push the cost up for both. If your area overlaps another franchisee already running, we split it before going live.

My leads do not turn up for their trial session. Do you fix that?

Partly, and that is exactly why follow-up is in the offer: acknowledgement, reminder at twenty-four hours, reminder before the session. The rest depends on how fast your team calls, and the closing report tells you exactly where you stand on that.

What if I do not like the creatives?

Two rounds of revisions on the visuals and the video are included. Beyond that, we talk.

Do I keep the files?

You keep the visuals, the video and the copy for running your studio, within the network's brand rules.

Can I extend past day thirty?

Yes. A monthly management option exists. We discuss it when the report is delivered, with no commitment at the time of purchase.

Which languages?

French, Belgian Dutch, English and Spanish. A bilingual campaign is treated as two campaigns and quoted separately.
