Replacement Coach Hours

When a coach calls in sick, takes holiday or leaves, your diary does not wait. Cancelled sessions do not just cost you hours, they cost you members.

Buy a block of hours and use them when you need them. The coach who turns up is trained on our method, knows the machines and the session structure, and does not need a week to learn your studio.

• Coaching hours in your studio, sessions delivered to the network's method and safety standards
• A short written handover at the end of each day worked

• Travel beyond 10 km from the coach's base, and accommodation
• Hours outside your studio's normal opening hours
• Front desk, cleaning, sales appointments or administrative work

How it works

1. You buy a block of hours.
2. You send us the dates and time slots you need.
3. We confirm availability within 2 working hours and name the coach.

Availability.

Hours are sold subject to a coach being available on your dates. Nothing is confirmed until we have named the coach for your slots. If we cannot cover your dates, unused hours stay on your account or are refunded.

Price. 30 or 50 € excluding VAT per hour. Minimum block of 6 hours.

The coach remains part of the network's team and delivers sessions to the network's method. Day-to-day organisation of your studio stays yours.
