Road & Ready Car Ownership App – MOT, Fuel and Care Tracker

A clearer place for everything that comes with owning a car.

An MOT date in one place, a tyre quote somewhere else, and fuel receipts you meant to add up later: Road & Ready gives those details a home. It is a fully interactive browser app for the car records you choose to keep, with thoughtful visuals and a colour theme that changes when you select your car’s manufacturer.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Keep several household vehicles in one garage and switch between them.

• Record MOT, vehicle tax, insurance, service and other important dates; see them on the monthly calendar.

• Move care jobs through Planned, Booked and Done, with target dates, mileage and estimated costs.

• Log service and repairs, including the work, provider, mileage and amount paid.

• Record fuel fill-ups and see an approximate UK mpg figure when consecutive full-tank entries allow it.

• Review recorded costs with category charts; fuel and service amounts feed into those totals automatically.

• Compare quotes and save provider links to open when you choose.

• Export a JSON backup, a costs CSV and a calendar file.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

One ZIP containing a standalone HTML app with its photographs, styles and functions embedded, plus a Start Here guide, version note and personal-use licence. Unzip it and open the HTML file in a recent desktop browser. The app itself needs no account, subscription or internet connection.

USEFUL TO KNOW

The clearly labelled fictional example is there to explore; clear it before entering your own details. Records stay in the browser profile on your device. Export a backup regularly and keep it private: browser records and downloaded backups are not encrypted. Dates and prices are entered by you. Road & Ready does not fetch vehicle status, prices or policy details, book appointments, send alerts while closed, or sync between devices. Check official information at the source. Local downloaded HTML use on iPhone and iPad has not been verified.

Digital download only; no physical item. Licensed for one household’s own vehicle records. The app and artwork may not be redistributed or resold. See the included licence.
