Unity and Blender knowledge is REQUIRED to use this product.

This is a legacy FBX model created approximately 3 years ago and is being sold as-is.

The model is fully rigged, however the rigging quality reflects its age and is not at the same standard as newer releases. It will function for basic use, but may require adjustments or refinement depending on your intended setup in Blender or Unity.

The UVs and textures also reflect the workflow and standards of the time it was made, and are not as optimized or refined as more recent models. Minor issues or inefficiencies may be present, and users should be comfortable making their own edits or improvements if needed.

This asset is provided in FBX format only and is intended for users with basic knowledge of Blender and Unity. It is best suited for those who are comfortable working with older or raw assets and adapting them for their own projects.

TOS FOR PURCHASE AND USE OF 3D MODELS

By purchasing and downloading any 3D model from me (Zgakihiro), you (“Buyer”) agree to these Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in revoked access, blacklisting, and reports to relevant platforms (including VRChat).

Commissioned work may have separate terms.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

• All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.
• No refunds after download; you waive cancellation rights upon download.
• Full payment is required before access is granted.
• License is non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user only. No ownership is transferred.

PERMITTED USE

• Personal use only.
• Allowed: private avatars (e.g. VRChat), personal renders, non-commercial content.

Not allowed without written permission:

• Commercial use (including commissions or monetised content)
• Public avatars/world uploads or shared platforms
• Sharing, transferring, or distributing files to others

EDITS & MODIFICATIONS

• Personal edits are allowed for private use only.
• Modified versions may not be shared, distributed, or resold.
• Any exceptions must be approved in writing.
• Unauthorized possession or sharing may be treated as a breach of these terms.

DISTRIBUTION

• No uploading, leaking, or sharing on any platform (Discord, asset sites, file-sharing, etc.).
• No reselling or sublicensing in any form.

ENFORCEMENT

Violations may result in:

• Revoked access to all products
• Permanent blacklist from future purchases
• Reports to relevant platforms (including VRChat)

Further action may be taken where applicable.

PAYMENT & FRAUD

• Payments via PayPal unless stated otherwise.
• Fraud, stolen accounts, or false disputes = immediate blacklist.
• Chargebacks may be challenged.

CREATOR RIGHTS

• I (Zgakihiro) retain full ownership of all models.
• I may use models or edits for portfolio, social media, and promotion.

GOVERNING LAW

England and Wales law applies.
