Group Breathwork Class - November 8th, 2025
Conscious Connected Breathwork Class
Discover the healing power of your breath.
This class offers a safe and supportive space to explore Conscious Connected Breathwork—a simple yet transformative practice of continuous breathing that helps calm the mind, release stored tension, and reconnect you to your inner wisdom.
Through guided breathing, music, and gentle facilitation, you’ll be invited to journey inward and experience:
- Release of stress, emotions, and energetic blockages
- A greater sense of clarity, presence, and vitality
- Deepened self-awareness and connection to your inner guidance
- A renewed feeling of openness, peace, and grounding
Each session includes:
- Arriving in the body through grounding
- The guided breathwork journey
- Time to rest, integrate, and reflect
No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to breathe and be with whatever arises.
What to Bring (studio has if needed as well):
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- A blanket (your body temperature may shift during the session)
- A pillow or cushion for comfort
- Water to hydrate afterward
- An eye mask or scarf (optional, for deeper focus)
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
