Hi, I’m Jessica, and I guide people through the transformative practice of breathwork. My own journey with conscious breathing began as a way to find balance and healing, and it has since become a powerful tool I feel called to share with others.


In our fast-paced world, we often forget the simplest resource we have—the breath. Through guided sessions, I help clients reconnect with themselves, release stored stress and emotions, and discover a deeper sense of calm and clarity.


I offer both 1:1 and group sessions, online or in person, and create a safe, supportive space for each person’s unique process. My approach blends grounding practices, conscious connected breathing, and integration time, so you leave feeling centered and empowered.
