Our Gingersnap Cookies are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, tree nuts, and soy and are made with care using a kosher, soy-free vegan buttery spread that's sustainably sourced and certified under the RSPO Mass Balance certification system.


Made in a permitted commercial kitchen. Store in an airtight container and keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Our cookies do not contain preservatives. If you do not plan to eat the cookies immediately, freeze the cookies in an airtight container. If you’d like to eat your cookies warm, allow the cookies to defrost for several minutes before oven baking at 350℉ for 2 to 3 minutes, or until warm. Cookies should be consumed within 1 to 2 months if frozen. Each bag contains 2 cookies each weighing approximately 30 grams.


GINGERSNAP COOKIES INGREDIENTS: gluten free flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), crystallized ginger (ginger, raw cane sugar), kosher soy free vegan buttery spread (vegetable oil blend [palm, canola, olive], water, contains 2% percent or less of: annatto extract [color], lactic acid [to protect freshness], natural flavor, pea protein, salt, sunflower lecithin), light brown sugar, dark brown sugar, honey, water, oat milk, arrowroot flour, ginger powder, vanilla extract (glycerin, vanilla bean extractives in water), Ceylon cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cayenne pepper, sodium bicarbonate, salt.
