Made in a permitted commercial kitchen. Store in an airtight container and keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Our cookies do not contain preservatives. If you do not plan to eat the cookies immediately, freeze the cookies in an airtight container. If you’d like to eat your cookies warm, allow the cookies to defrost for several minutes before oven baking at 350℉ for 2 to 3 minutes, or until warm. Cookies should be consumed within 1 to 2 months if frozen. Each bag contains 2 cookies each weighing approximately 30 grams.
APRICOT COOKIES INGREDIENTS: gluten free flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), dried apricots (Blenheim apricots, sulfur dioxide), kosher soy free vegan buttery spread (vegetable oil blend [palm, canola, olive], water, contains 2% percent or less of: annatto extract [color], lactic acid [to protect freshness], natural flavor, pea protein, salt, sunflower lecithin), organic coconut sugar, organic light brown sugar, water, organic vanilla extract (organic glycerin, organic vanilla bean extractives in water), gluten free arrowroot, gluten-free sodium bicarbonate, and gluten-free baking powder (cassava starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate).
