I've lived with chronic fatigue, chronic insomnia and chronic pain for a very long time and I KNOW what it is to be bone tired and still be unable to rest.

I'm Melissa, a mama of four small children, with a blog, a part-time job, a husband, home - all the things - and I've managed to bring my symptom levels from moderate to mild (on average, we all have bad days).

I used the chair yoga on a day where my pain was extremely high. I had already decided that my day was canceled.
