This is an 10-panelled (5 panels per side) corseted vest pattern modelled on a typical waistcoat design with a gentle reduction to accentuate the male waist. A good beginners design - only 5 panels per side. Includes a 25 page manual of general corset construction notes! Two lengths included:- A: waist to underarm 19.5cm and B: waist to underarm 24.5cm. Also included is a pattern and sewing information for adding a welt pocket (position up to you) to the waistcoat.

The corset length measures 35/40cm at the centre front (40/45cm to the lowest points) and 57/62cm at the centre back (standard length). There is an option for a non-reducing vest size based on typical standard sizing and an option to reduce the waist by 2'' (see photo for measurements).

This pattern is drafted in AutoCAD and available as an instant download - you will need to print out on size letter (A) or A4 paper, making sure 'actual size' and 'centre the print' is ticked in your print dialogue box. Instructions included.

It is recommended that you make a toile to the largest of your measurements to check the fit of the pattern – at this stage you can take in the smaller of your measurements, lengthen or shorten if need be, and transfer these amendments to your pattern to ensure a perfect fitting corset.
