Construction
The cardigan is made top-down, starting with neckline ribbing. Short rows are used to make a longer back. Raglan increases are worked on front and back, while increases in sleeves are part of the lace stitch pattern. Cardigan has a classic fit with a 3-4 in / 7-10cm of positive ease for the body. Lace is continued through the entire sleeves. The button band is picked up last and knitted in the same broken ribbing as the neckline.

The pattern is written in a “one size one-page” format, giving initially all necessary information (yarn, measurements, stitch instructions, abbreviations, charts, and written instructions) on pages 1-8. The main instructions for each size are provided individually on one page. If you would like to print only instructions, please see the table of contents on page 6.
