How it works

1. Enter the month, rooms available, targets and your rates and prices on Settings.
2. Weigh 10 clean, dry pieces of each item and enter the weight per piece on Item_Weights.
3. Log pieces per item each day on Production_Log, and hours, utilities and chemicals on Daily_Inputs.
4. Check the daily flags for high cost per kg, low productivity and high water use.
5. At month end, read the Dashboard and test an outsourcing quote on the Outsourcing tab.

FAQ

Do I need a scale?

Yes, once. Weigh 10 clean, dry pieces of each item and divide by 10. After that you only count pieces.

Can I add my own items?

Yes. Item_Weights has room for 50 items. New codes appear in the Production_Log drop-down.

What if the laundry quote is per kg, not per piece?

Choose "Per kg" on the Outsourcing tab and enter the quoted price. The comparison updates.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

It opens in Google Sheets and the formulas calculate. Check the drop-downs and charts after import.

Is this a physical product?

No. It is a digital download. Refund terms follow the store policy at the time of purchase.
