Practicality - Putting Wellness into Action is an easily digestible book that cuts through the noise to guide you to improving your health and wellbeing. By looking at why people find it so hard to make sustained positive change in their lives, the book is a curation of the universal things that work. Starting with helping you to understand the psychology of change, this is a methodology that aligns to four other themes: Structure & Routine to help with productivity and habit building, Mindfulness so that you can be in an optimal mental space, and then the key themes of Diet and Exercise.


I am a Management Consultant and Strength & Conditioning coach with over 25 years' experience in these spaces. Carrying a life long curiosity as to why we find it so hard to sustain positive change when it comes to diet, fitness and overall wellbeing, I take a self-depreciating dive into the world of wellness and self-improvement, curating the facts, theories and suppositions of the leading world experts in the five themes of the book. The end result is a flexible methodology that, as the name suggests, is practical to apply for even the busiest people.
