HOW IT WORKS

Download and unzip the files. Choose matching A4 or US Letter paper, then print at Actual size/100% (use Fit if your printer clips an edge). For typed notes, open the fillable copy in a PDF form reader, save a copy for each look and reopen to check your entries. No font installation is needed. Paper, printer and apps are not included.
