FAQ
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis? No. It's written for ADHD brains, but anyone who finds traditional budgeting hard can use it.
Will my typed answers save? Yes in Adobe Acrobat Reader and Mac Preview. Browser and some mobile PDF viewers may not save form fields, so use one of those two, or print it.
Can I print it? Yes. Every page works on paper, and you can print the check-in pages as often as you need for your own personal use.
Is this financial advice? No. It's general information and self-help exercises, and it doesn't consider your personal circumstances. For help with debt, a free financial counsellor is a good place to start (the workbook explains how to find one).
Is it only for Australians? It was written with Australian readers in mind (AU support services and terms), but the methods work anywhere.
What format are the files? A fillable PDF workbook and an .xlsx spreadsheet.
