9-11 October 2026
With plenty of somatic and embodied practices to nurture you and your clients when you head back refreshed. Circle time to lean into meaningful connection and learn new skills.
Your Retreat Leader Tessa
Hawkwood College has a special place in my heart. I've spent many happy retreats here, walking in the woods, drinking water from the spring, eating the delicious food and enjoying a home-from-home. With sole occupancy rooms in a beautiful house, I hope you'll fall in love with the place too.
My intention is give you a special, crafted experience that you won't forget.
Retreat activities
The main activities are circle time, introducing different somatic and embodiment practices, with time for sharing if you wish, journaling and listening partnerships.
Saturday and Sunday morning there is (optional) gentle yoga before breakfast. Friday evening there will be yoga nidra after our opening circle to set you up for a goodnight's sleep.
