Wheel Of The Year 2026

Embroidery to celebrate the changing seasons....
Stitching the plants of the season is a wonderful way to notice, connect with, and celebrate the changes in nature. The Celtic Wheel of The Year splits the year in eight seasons and in each season we will stitch different plants...
At each of the 'sabbaths' of the Wheel two new plant embroidery patterns will be available to you. One is small (8cm/3") and the other is larger (12.5cm/5").
The patterns include stitch and colour suggestions, both of which you should feel free to completely ignore!
There is no end project that the patterns will be used for. I wanted the end result to be open ended. But at the end of the year I will give you some suggestions for how you can use the patterns in a finished project.
The dates when patterns will be released are:
Imbolc February 2nd (available now)
Ostara March 20th
Beltane May 2nd
Litha June 21st
Lughnasadh August 2nd
Mabon September 23rd
Samhain November 2nd
Yule December 21st
