Ever wanted to make a ruffled dragon? This is your chance. Short row ruffles are a snap to make, and you will have fun making the LSD (Leafy Sea Dragon) as it has come to be known.
This pattern is flat knit on a loom with 24 pegs. A 3/4 inch, 5/8 inch, 1/2 inch or 3/8 inch small gauge loom may be used.
