Hey guys- me again! I wanted to make a more beginner friendly version of my At Home Workout Guide for all my people just getting into the fitness groove! This guide has very similar versions of the workouts in my original guide but I adjusted certain exercises & reps to accommodate to beginners. These workouts will get your heart rate up & give you a good sweat sesh. The guide includes a total of 12 workouts (breakdown in preview above).
