Begin your journey with an evening of fire, shamanic drumming, intuitive sound, and heart-opening cacao.

• Set your intentions for the weekend in a sacred circle
• Come adorned in your goddess dresses, radiating your divine feminine energy
• Gather around a shared Goddess Welcome Banquet, a sacred meal celebrating connection, abundance, and feminine nourishment, as we open the portal to the retreat
• Embody Isis in a goddess dress-up forest photoshoot.

Saturday 22nd November | 10am - 9pm

The Descent and Return

On Saturday we journey through the sacred descent — and rise again renewed:

• Clad in black, we call upon Kali and Athena, meeting the shadows within and reclaiming the strength to stand in our truth. Through meditation, movement, drumming, and fire, we shed what no longer serves and step into fierce, embodied power.
• As the day unfolds, we emerge from the depths, changing into our flowing goddess gowns for the return. With Persephone, we weave a living flower mandala to honour rebirth. Kuan Yin invites us to soften through a self-love oil ritual, and together we move as one in circle dance and embodied movement — celebrating our divine feminine essence.
• We close the day in sisterhood — sharing dinner, reflections, and laughter around the fire — a celebration of transformation, courage, and radiant renewal.

Sunday 23rd November | 10am - 3pm

Rebirth and Integration

Sunday dawns in softness — a return to light after the sacred descent.​​

• We begin the day with a crystal sound bath in the Grounding Garden, allowing vibration and stillness to harmonise the body and soul.
• From this place of calm presence, we gather to weave our Crone’s Crowns, honouring the wisdom that comes from walking through fire and finding grace in every season of life. Each flower and thread becomes a prayer — an offering to the woman we have become, and the lineage of women who walk beside us.
• Anointed in a Rose Water Blessing, we open our hearts to Sophia, the embodiment of divine wisdom. The scent of roses reminds us that beauty is born through transformation, and that every ending carries the seed of beginning.
• We share a nourishing communal lunch, grounding our journey in connection and sisterhood.
• Our afternoon flows into a final closing circle with a sacred Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony and oracle card sharing, invoking Isis, she who restores balance and awakens remembrance. In this space of stillness and reflection, we integrate all that we have journeyed — Maiden, Mother, and Crone — united as one radiant whole.
• Each sister departs crowned, blessed, and reborn — carrying the light of her own sacred wisdom home.
