How long will it take?

One VIP day of 8 hours (or two half days of 4 hours each) During our online meeting, we can discuss your exact requirements.



If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

I'm sure you will love your email and landing page set-up, but, please get in contact by email: vivien@vivienscreativitylab.com.

I always do my best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.



What is included in your Vivien's VIP Day?



Book your Vivien's VIP Day within 3 months of purchase

On purchase, I will set up an appointment for a 30-minute call via Tidycal and Google meet or similar to discuss your requirements and vision

You then send me details, images and text for your creative project vision/email incentive preferably 48 hours before I begin designing. If you opt for the coaching solution, no materials are required.

I also provide templates and images if you prefer, at no extra cost. (Naturally, the content will be your unique content).

For email set-up only

I set up your email list in Kit (you can have a free trial) and design your Landing Page for you inserting your text/content/video links, THAT YOU PROVIDE into a template that you have decided on. I will send you options for templates and images to use.

You have 7 days to make any quick edits

I then send you your all your links to your bespoke content.
You sign in to your Kit account, check everything, and then press publish on the top right-hand menu. 


How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed your purchase, you will be sent to my online calendar to arrange a time for your appointment where you will give me your vision and ideas for your creative project.


Disclosure and Policy

It’s important to note that when you book a VIVIEN'S VIP Day(s), you are booking me for a DAY(s), not a set of deliverables. I am extremely efficient and typically can complete your creative project in one full day or two half days, but reserve the right to an extra day, at no extra cost to you, to complete your project.

However, these results are largely dependent on how quickly you reply to my messages throughout our day, (choosing the channel of communication during our appointment), how many revisions and changes you ask for, as well as your ability to thoroughly complete your prep work prior to starting, so please keep that in mind when you choose your date.

If for any reason you need to re-schedule, we can re-arrange the day(s) to suit your requirements - though only ONE re-schedule is possible.



Please note that all content/text/videos will be undertaken and prepared by you. Images and templates will be chosen together and provided by Vivien unless you have your own.



For the email set up option:

All work is done on the Kit platform (previously ConvertKit) and the Canva platform, so you will need a free trial to Kit that I set up for you and a Canva account to access your Landing Page designs.
