💚 Why I Designed This Planner
I created the Mindful Ease Tracker & Planner as a gentle invitation to pause — to check in with your breath, your body, and your spirit in the midst of life’s busyness and heaviness.
As a wellness educator and yoga-mindfulness coach, I’ve witnessed how small, consistent acts of self-awareness — a stretch, a slow breath, a scripture to reflect on — can create powerful healing. This tracker was born from that space: where stillness meets intention, and where faith and wellness align.
I wanted something simple yet soulful — a weekly or monthly rhythm that encourages:
