With over a decade of experience in family engagement and community education, she support inter-generational communities in cultivating calm, balance, and connection.
"I don't just teach wellness — I live it daily. Mindful Ease is an extension of how I move, breathe, nourish my body, and show up in the world."
Mindful Ease Studio is a mobile, community-centered integrative wellness and educational studio practice that brings stress-relief, movement, and mindful education directly into workplaces, schools, and community spaces—eliminating barriers to access. Each experience invites participants to breathe, stretch, create, and cultivate ease—whether in a studio, school, community space, or at home.
Today, she supports others in finding their own rhythm of healing through intentional practices that create both inner and outer ease. Whether you are a busy parent, a wellness beginner, or an educator seeking calming tools for your classroom, these resources were created with you in mind.
When she's not teaching, you’ll find Fatama in the kitchen crafting gluten-free and vegan meals that prove nourishing food can be a source of pure joy. I stay grounded and grateful through time with the Lord, gardening, hiking, and cherished moments with my children.
