My family’s sourdough starter Dottie, is over 100 years old - cared for, shared, and nurtured through decades of home kitchens before making her way to mine. 

Now Dottie is ready to make her way to your kitchen. Each packet includes a portion of her dehydrated starter - strong and mature, and full of natural wild yeast - along with simple instructions for bringing her back to life. Within just a few days, you’ll have a bubby, active starter ready to bake your own cozy, homemade loaves. 

Each order comes with enough to start your own jar, plus a little extra to save as backup.
