By purchasing you agree to these terms

• Personal use and small business commercial use is allowed when applied to physical products (like shirts, mugs, prints, etc.)

• 🗹 You are the only licensed user of the product you’ve purchased.

It may not be shared with anyone, at any time, in any format. Not with friends, not in a Facebook group, Not with people on the internet, not in a different format, not with a little something changed .

I do not authorize employees of SHEIN to purchase any of my files .

• If showing a product that uses my designs, a watermark must be utilized to prevent them from being stolen / traced.

• You may not claim the artwork as your own

You may not run my artwork through ai to recreate your own version of my work.

• You may not share, gift, copy, or resell the PNGs or include them in any digital bundle. Your license may be revoked if you have not followed terms properly.

• use POD or Overseas Manufacturers You may send designs to be printed at commercial printers with my permission. I keep a list of printers I've given permission.

• Mass Produce Products (over 500 products ) if you are wanting to produce more than 500 products please contact me for extended licensing information

🔤Alpha packs :

• Selling transfers - no additional license needed for sublimation transfers with arranged letters on it as long as it’s not the entire alphabet in one design.

• You may sell your finished design using MSP ART Alpha Packs digitally after it has been edited, overlapped, and combined with other elements to make a completely new design. Your unique design also may not include all of the letters in one design.

🌠Clipart:

• You may sell your finished design using MSP ART CLIPART digitally after it has been edited, overlapped, and combined with other elements to make a completely new design. Your unique design also should not include more than 50% of my Clipart in one design.

• You should not be able to isolate the clip art in your design. Simply adding glasses, a background or just words is not sufficiently transitional. Clip Art should be overlapped by other elements.

You may use my Clip art in seamless patterns . You may not use my clip art to recreate any of my seamless patterns .

You may not :

modify my seamless patterns , PNGS, in anyway, aside from scaling.
Use to create other digital products (alpha packs etc)
You may NOT sell your finished design using MSP ART SEAMLESS or PNG Designs digitally.

You may create seamless patterns with my clip art but you may not recreate my patterns with my clip art.
