Victim To Victorious digital Journal
Experiencing narcissistic abuse can leave you bruised, broken and confused. Many victims find themselves in an emotional up and down roller coaster trying to find their way back to normalcy after being discarded. Many have feelings of unworthiness, guilty and shame that leave them paralyzed and trauma bonded.
The reason victims stay stuck is because they don’t know how to pick up the broken pieces after such a traumatic experience. Many don’t even realized what they actually have experienced. Furthermore, how can you heal from something you don’t fully understand?

Your soul consist of your mind, will and your emotions. These things became tied to that person and that’s why you feel the way that you currently do.

You have to trust God and know he is truly the only one who can restore your soul and make you whole again. When you give the trauma to him and allow his love to renew you will feel a change!
