As a fitness Coach I help women regain their mental and physical health through a complete lifestyle change. That involves mind, body and spiritual growth.

As an influencer I help individuals on their walk with God and over coming trauma surrounding narcissist whether it be family or in romantic relationships. What makes my teaching effective is that I apply God’s words and principles for clarity and healing.
