The purpose of this meal plan is to improve your relationship with food. To accomplish sustainable weight loss it starts with the things you are putting into your body. 80% of the journey is you nutrition. That is why it is so important. The goal is to remove as much of the unhealthy foods and replace them with whole foods. These foods are nourishing to your body. They have minerals, vitamins and fiber that helps your body function at its best ability.

Broken down daily you will have a very detailed guide on what to eat and also options if you perfer to switch out. You will be required to meal prep in order to help you build discipline and get acquainted to preparing healthy foods over what you are accustomed to.
