K2gether Scarf & Wrap

I designed K2gether as the COVID-19 pandemic approached the two-year mark. The name mixes the k2tog abbreviation for “knit 2 together” (half of what creates the bias shape) with the idea of knitting together, something that never stopped during the pandemic, even if it looked different for a while.

Do you see the little people in K2gether’s mosaic motif? They’re us. They’re knitters. Near or far, in person or on video, sharing space or socially distanced, we knitters are united by the love we share for our chosen craft. K2gether is a tribute to our community.

Fittingly, K2gether’s mix of simple repeats and basic stitches makes it perfect social knitting with fiber friends near and far. Your choice of scarf or wrap is worked on the bias from one end to the other. Bands of geometric mosaic knitting are offset by stripes of simple eyelets. The mosaic motif is both written and charted. The length and width are easy to modify, and the pattern will tell you how.
