This is a pattern for a pair of mitts/fingerless gloves. Both are worked the same, from the cuff up and in the round, using the Fair-Isle knitting technique.

The Argyle patterning (over 14 rounds) is worked with 3 strands per round, however you may work with 2 colours (MC & CC3) and add the 3rd colour (CC2) with Duplicate stitch.

Shetland 4ply by Gathered Sheep Yarns; Fingering; 100% Pure Shetland Wool; 234yds (213.97m) / 55g or 96yds (87.8m)/20g mini skein

MC (The Grass is Greener) - 45 (55, 63, 70) yds/ 42 (51, 58, 65) m
CC1 (Waters Edge) - 60 (80, 110, 130) yds/ 55 (74, 101, 119) m
CC2 (Ghoulish Cocktail) - 60 (80, 110, 130) yds/ 55 (74, 101, 119) m
CC3 (Strawberry Melon) - 18 (23, 28, 30) yds/ 17 (21, 26, 28) m
needles:
2.75mm (us no 2) DPNs 6in/15cm; set of 4
3.0mm (us no 2.5) DPNs 6in/15cm; set of 4
gauge: 28 sts x 28 rows = 4in/10cm
measured over stranded stockinette (change needles, if needed, to keep stitch gauge throughout)
approximate finished size:
S (M, L, XL)
knuckle circumference - 5.75 (6.75, 8, 9) in/ 12 (17, 20, 23) cm
