"The Off Season" for Youth Athletes
This training program was designed for youth athletes (ages 9+) to develop speed, strength, agility & endurance through fun, dynamic workouts. Each 45-minute session focuses on agility, coordination, and explosive movement—all without the need for equipment. Complete these 3 workouts every week and repeat for a minimum of 4 weeks. Record your progress on the tracker & compare where you started to how much you improve each week!
*NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY* the agility ladder & jump rope are optional-just do the same movements if you don’t have these at home!
