To avoid clipping w the hands/fingers i suggest making a toggle to pause hand gestures while its on or add a shapekey to hide hands. I also suggest adding gravity to the bones so the sleeves hang more naturally. in the unity preview i used 0.25 as the gravity setting

Roughly rigged n weightpainted for zinfit F. Extra bones in sleeves.

I do stress testing for weightpaint/rigging in both blender n unity, but since i cant account for every single movement there may be small weightpaint issues i have missed.

Made in Marvelous Designer, Blender n Substance Painter.
