Virtual CPD Training Presentation

This virtual CPD training has been designed for Reception teachers, EYFS leads and school leaders who want to develop a deeper understanding of what Ofsted are really looking for in Reception and how to feel confident discussing their practice during inspection.

Delivered as a ready-to-use training presentation, this session takes staff through the key elements of inspection readiness, including curriculum intent, implementation and impact, communication and language, adult interactions, provision, phonics, independence and professional conversations with inspectors.

Created by a practising Reception Teacher and EYFS Lead who has recently experienced inspection, this training focuses on practical, real-world Reception practice rather than creating additional paperwork.

Throughout the session, participants are guided through:
