BlackAngel's friend recommends she get out of the house and get some exercise doing some local touring even in her long leg cast. BlackAngel agrees but finds navigating multiple steep staircases on her way to a tourist spot a struggle. She is not finished yet... As the clip opens up she is struggling down the winding stone staircase from the spot she'd just been at overlooking the city and begs her friend to rest. They find a bench where her friend massages her exposed casted toes in a long scene. Then as they continue home BlackAngel once again has to confront the steepest stairs back to her apartment requiring her to struggle up multiple flights.
