In these difficult and unprecedented times, a warm and inclusive welcome to the 37th issue of the arts magazine Inspirational. During this period so many artists across the planet have lost physical venues, whether exhibitions, shows, events, and while we hope that the art world will be able to get back to some form of normality soon, Inspirational is here to give contemporary artists a much needed venue, voice, and space - just as always.
With that in mind, Inspirational has decided to give increased space to all the featured artists in this issue, and will try to maintain that increase in future issues. All of the artists have also generously supplied Inspirational with new and often exclusive work.
We have the work of 7 of the best contemporary artists from around the planet, sharing the disciplines of: collage, painting, photography, and mixed media. We have 3 in depth interviews with 3 contemporary artists: Guatemala based painter, collage, and mixed media artist Alvaro Sanchez; US based painter, collage, and mixed media artist Carl Heyward; and Japan based fine art painter Susumu Ohira. We also have the featured portfolios of 4 contemporary artists: Italy based painter and collage artist Claudio Parentela; UK based painter and illustrative artist The Boy Melancholy (aka Johnny Kavanagh); Germany based photographer and illustrative artist Olivia Krawczyk; and Canada based photography and digital artist Andy-Jean.
Cover artist for this issue is Andy-Jean.
