I started in coffee over 20 years ago with a dream, a lot of determination, and a willingness to learn through experience. Today, I own multiple coffee shop locations throughout the Midwest, lead ND Coffee Roastery with more than 120 wholesale customers, the ND Coffee School, and was honored to be named the 2026 SBA Small Business Person of the Year for North Dakota.

ND Coffee School was created because so many people ask me the same question: “How do I know if opening a coffee shop is right for me?”
