About Me

For the last 20 years, Sandi Luck has been a serial entrepreneur and she was a college professor at the University of North Dakota.  Her entrepreneurship journey includes being the founder and owner of 13 companies in the Midwest (100% woman owned).   7 Bully Brew Coffee Houses, 2 Coffee & Taphouses, and the ND Coffee Roastery (a large manufacturing warehouse where the coffee beans are roasted and packaged for not only Bully Brew Coffee but over 120 other clients and coffee shops in the Midwest). The ND Coffee School is connected to the Roastery where we teach coffee entrepreneurs how to successfully open and run a coffee house. She also owns an AIRBNB called Nora’s Place. Sandi does not do this alone - she has a leadership team who are movers and shakers plus she has really good coffee to keep her motivated!

A message from Sandi:

After years of people asking me how to open a coffee shop, I realized most aspiring owners were missing practical guidance before investing their money. I created ND Coffee School to give people honest education, real world systems, and the opportunity to learn from an active coffee business inside our 27,000 square foot roasting facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

I promise, I am genuine and want to help others not make the same mistakes I have in building a coffee house. I love to teach. I love to mentor others. My team and I have created a program that is worth every minute you are in the great state of North Dakota!

In the meantime, I have created a few options to learn online until you decide you are willing to take the trip to come see us up in ND! Please stay connected with me! Find me on LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook.

Stay Caffeinated!
