This pattern includes instructions to work a knitted tammy and/or beanie using the stranded colourwork technique and worked from the bottom rib up with corrugated rib and decreases shaping the crown.

2.5mm (us no 1.5) circular 24in/60cm
3.0mm (us no 2.5) circular24in/60cm and DPNs 6in/15cm (crown)
gauge: 28 sts x 32 rows = 4in/10cm
measured over stranded stockinette on larger needles
Some knitters work stranded and single-coloured at different gauges. Change needles, as needed, to keep gauge the same throughout.
