I'm Ben Braithwaite and I've dedicated the last ten years of my life to helping athletes improve. I work full-time as a self-employed Strength & Conditioning Coach; while also working in the South Australian National Football League system. I have worked with hundreds of junior teenage athletes all the way up to multiple professionals in a variety of sports. I have been fortunate to have personal clients represent Australia at Junior or Senior World Championships in 9 different sports. Helping athletes get to the next level; whether that be a D1 College Scholarship or preparing for an upcoming Pro Combine is what I do. I work all day, 6 days a week helping athletes improve & now I want to take this experience and bring it online for you.
