Awesome book for fat loss recipees!

I love Rahul's recipes and his book is full of them! His YouTube channel is also amazing but having the recipes available in book form is super handy whilst actually cooking. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to loose weight.

I appreciate all the hard work that goes into your cookbook but it seems as if you don't update it regularly. There are plenty of videos within the last 6-8 months that you've made for free on YouTube that never make it to the cookbook.
