Harbour at the End of the Day · 7 images

7 high resolution images 3200x3200 pixels

Seven expressive watercolor paintings of an old harbour at sunset.

Sailing boats and fishing boats rest beside aging piers and harbour structures, while orange, red and yellow light meets deep areas of black. The visible texture of thick white paper adds a tactile, traditional quality to the series.

Quiet, warm and slightly melancholic — more remembered harbour than documented place.

Seven watercolors from the hour when the harbour grows quiet.
