What the tool does

Composite SKU/location keys, blind count PDF without expected quantities, initial count/recount records, provisional status for missing lines and reconciliation CSV. Explicit zero is different from an uncounted blank.

Every full pack includes the ready self-contained HTML app, an original practical guide, example CSV files, version/changelog, usage licence and editable source. An optional Python 3 helper rebuilds source changes without external packages; Python is not required to use the ready app.

Output: locally generated PDF, CSV and printable HTML, plus full-edition reusable job JSON. A visible JSON text backup is included if a browser download does not appear. Your input stays in the browser; downloaded files contain your data. Refresh clears unsaved work. No account, cloud database, API, subscription or tracking code is required by the app.

Limits

Periodic quantity snapshot only. No live inventory, valuation, accounting, tax report, stock writeback or multi-user sync. Expected values and counts are nonnegative numbers with up to three decimals. Different units should be reconciled separately. Missing counts keep the report provisional.

Verification scope

Domain calculations, invalid inputs, archive integrity and buyer source rebuilding have been checked. Chrome HTTP workflows were exercised; representative PDFs from the shared generator were rendered and visually reviewed. Native offline double-click, physical printing, every device and real workplace use remain unverified. The browser-control surface could not capture blob-generated downloads; this is disclosed rather than claimed as a passed download test. Existing free tools may already meet your needs. No promised results, savings or revenue.

Licence

Original tool by Shruti. Use generated outputs for your own personal or commercial operations. Adapt purchased source for your own use. Do not resell or redistribute the full pack as a competing standalone product. Included pdf-lib has its own MIT licence. No affiliation or certification by any printer, employer, software vendor or organisation. Mandatory applicable rights are not waived.
