Practice Positive Resourcing with Barbara Dickinson
Why Focus on Accomplishments? If you think you did not accomplish anything last year, or that you did not accomplish enough, this may be the result of attitudes and beliefs about “accomplishments” that do not support healthy self-esteem or a positive attitude about the impact we have on others.
For a very long time I've had a practice of making a list of my accomplishments large and small from the previous year, celebrating them, creating my wish list for the coming year, revving up my gratitude engine, and setting out on the next chapter of my life's journey.
In this mini video course, I will share some tips accounting for and celebrating accomplishments. This can happen weekly, monthly or annually. The more we practice, the more naturally we experience ourselves as successful in life.
