This editable manual pack is for web designers checking service-business websites before handover. Its 18 procedures cover navigation, mobile and keyboard use, validation, form acknowledgement, inbox receipt, routing, recovery and the public launch environment.

You receive one seven-page English DOCX with setup instructions, the 18 procedures, a reusable results register, a defect record, a client-report template, a labelled fictional example and the product licence. You run the checks on websites you own or have permission to test. You need a DOCX editor and authorized access to the relevant test environment and receipt evidence. The file has been opened and rendered with LibreOffice; Microsoft Word and Google Docs have not been separately tested. Editing software is not included.
