This collection of meditation tracks are inspired by the Summer + its associated Element of Fire. They are designed to focus on the Heart, self love, intuition, joy + calming the mind.

It was originally written to accompany the Sensational Summer Health online course, to guide participants through the Yin Yoga sequence - it is perfectly timed to hold 3 different poses for 4 minutes each, with 2 minute gaps to allow neutralisation of the spine + the body, before moving into the next pose. It then ends with 4 minutes of music for complete relaxation in starfish or savasana.

However, this compilation is equally calming as a standalone recording - a guided meditation to help quieten the mind, de-stress + increase self-love. It can therefore be done seated or laying down for full relaxation. Not to be listened to whilst driving!
