Are you ready to take back control of your own health?
You've tried, over and over again. It starts off well, but somewhere along the way the consistency falters, the drive drops away and, before you know it, you're right back where you started.
You are not alone.
There is nothing wrong with you. You're not lazy. The truth is you have done everything right. You have followed the system
But the system is rigged against you.
The modern health and fitness industry flourishes on you failing. It spoon feeds you just enough information and guidance to see a change, but not enough for you to sustain the changes.
What you need is a FRAMEWORK from which
to build your own system.
This is why we created
5 CIRCLES

It's the compass for your health journey
At Wild Life, we understand that health is more than just the absence of illness—it’s a dynamic, ever-evolving relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
With so much conflicting information, divisive opinions, and over complication being constantly fed to us, it's easy to become overwhelmed and lose your way.
5 Circles gives you a simple framework and foundation that act as an anchor-stone to keep you on the path.
What will I get from 5 Circles?

- We'll guide you towards developing a healthy relationship with food, that aligns with your personal principles and lifestyle, while allowing for flexibility, joy and nourishment.

What are the 5 Circles?
The 5 Circles —Food, Movement, Sleep, Stress, and Community—offer a powerful, interconnected framework to help you thrive in every area of your life.
The 5 Circles work together to help you reconnect—to your body, your values, your potential. Each circle supports the others. Small shifts in one area can create ripples across your entire life. This isn’t about rigid routines—it’s about tuning in, making conscious choices, and moving at your own pace towards a more vibrant, resilient you.
Small, consistent steps in each area can lead to profound, long-lasting change.
You’re not starting from scratch—you’re starting from experience. Let’s build on that, and begin a journey that brings you back to your wild, grounded self.
MOVEMENT
We will support you in creating your own personal movement practice - specifically designed for you and the level you are at. If you already have one this will be an excellent accessory to your current practice.

FOOD
We will be putting our food needs under the microscope to create an eating plan that will aid your desired goals whilst keeping you well fed and without the sense of restriction. We'll discuss macro and micronutrients for health and share simple, affordable yet tasty recipes.
STRESS MANAGEMENT
From breathwork to ancient philosophy, mindful walking to practical tactics, we'll be arming you with an arsenal of tools to help you combat stress in a world where it seems to be the default setting.
SLEEP
We will be getting into the nitty-gritty of sleep hygiene and putting a strategy in place to increase your sleep time as needed. You'll learn about tools, tricks and devices to aid your slumber.
COMMUNITY
We are building a community of like-minded health explorers devoted to feeling happier, healthier, and more robust in both mind and body. This is a place of nutritious human interaction, a place of advice and support. We'll be looking at the many ways we can cultivate high quality human interactions and why it's so important.

Our Impact
So nearing the end of Week 6 and I thought I’d see what has changed in that time.
My MAF walk resulted in 30% further than Week 1.
My strength movements ranged between 5% – 20% improvement.
I have a greater range of motion in my torso than when I started and movement is much freer all over.
I have more energy and I sleep consistently 8-8.5 hrs.
My stress levels will always fluctuate but I feel more able to take myself away from escalating and uncontrolled to a more measured handling of the situation.
I’ve taken 8cm off my waist and 3cm off my hips. I’ve lost a total of 10lb which I’m delighted about.
I’ve enjoyed most of my culinary experiments.
My planning and execution still need some finessing, but I’m seeing and feeling the benefits.
Thanks everyone who has been on this journey with me, and in particular Kelley Hann and Glenn White whose drive and determination made this all possible . Now to continue, onward, upward, forward.

I joined the 14 Day Wild.Life Reboot three years ago, not realising how impactful it would be for my life ahead. Not long after completing the course, my health took a sudden downturn,
and I became homebound for a significant period. It was an incredibly tough time, but the tools and mindset shared during the Reboot stayed with me and quietly became a lifeline.
As I adjusted to a new reality, I began to take control of what I could: creating a gentle sleep routine, paying more attention to my eating habits, prioritising rest, and finding new ways
to relax. Though my ability to walk was severely limited, I still found a way to stay connected to nature by simply sitting in the garden, watching the birds and breathing in fresh air.
One of the most valuable things I learned was how to build in small, manageable movements. Nothing big or overwhelming, just gentle, intentional activity that suited where I was physically. That practice gave me a sense of progress and control during a time when
both were hard to find.
Some of the tools for relaxation, like binaural beats and the acupressure mat, were things I’d never have thought to try before the programme, but they became such helpful companions through pain and fatigue. Over time, those small daily habits supported my
recovery and helped me feel more grounded.
Now, four years on, I’m feeling stronger and more active, yet the principles I learned through the Reboot remain deeply rooted in how I live. They remind me that meaningful change doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from gently and consistently showing up for ourselves, day after day. That compassionate approach helped me shift my focus to what was truly possible, and from those small, steady steps, real and lasting change began to
grow.
If you’re thinking about joining 5 CIRCLES, I truly recommend it.
