Keep a move-in checklist, record appliances and their important details, add your own care dates, follow repairs and snags, and save useful notes or documents alongside the home item they belong to. A monthly calendar brings the dates together, while a simple cost view shows the work you have chosen to log.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

A downloadable ZIP containing the interactive HTML app, its supporting files and images, a fictional example home, and a quick-start guide. Keep the extracted files together and open the HTML app in a recent desktop browser. No subscription or account is required.

PRIVACY AND IMPORTANT NOTES

The app stores information in the browser on the device where you use it. It does not upload or sync your records and it does not send alerts while closed. Attachments and exported backups are not encrypted. Avoid storing passwords, payment details, identity documents or other highly sensitive information. Export a backup before moving devices or clearing browser data. Calendar notifications depend on the calendar app you use.
