A solidus is an oblique mark used to denote alternatives. Knit on the bias, the beginning and end of this cowl is joined together in a solid seam to form this forward slash.

Yarn

400 yd (366 m) of fingering weight yarn. Yarn held double throughout.

Needle

5 mm/US 8 knitting needle or size needed for gauge.
