This template is a collection of pre-made dynamic grids that are ready to be imported and used in your project.
X and Y guides move independently, easily animate a few guides and the entire grid will follow.
The template contains 6 different grids, from 3x3 to 8x8. Both available in a version with independent guides, and in a version with specular guides so you only control half of them and the other half follows mirrored.
Simply animate the guide nulls as you wish and all the connected elements will follow. (In symmetrical grids you only animate half of the guides.)

In the project panel you can switch the content of these trackers to what you need, or if you don't plan to use them simply delete them from the grid composition.
There is also an Appearance controller null that lets you add roundness to the cell corners and a size offset while maintaining the tracking to the guides.
If you want more personalization on the grid, use the other file (Dynamic Grid 1, not 2). There it's possible to change the guides tracking using the dropdown menu present on each cell, so they can go beyond the limit of their guide and be instead linked to the next guide.
Instead of this template you can purchase the script Dynamic Grid that allows you to generate the same grids with more variations and more control. Check it out, it's definitely a tool that offers way more flexibility.
But if you don't like working with scripts, having to remember how they work each time, and you prefer templates that are already set up and ready to use, then this template is better suited for you.
